Welcome to Chapter Seven! Jess's writing is in the black script whilst Hannah's is in dark blue.

“Da-daaaa!” Jess pushed Nathan, who had a bow and ribbons on his head, forward.
“WOW!” Hannah gasped.
“Oh, balls.” Muttered Chris.”
“What did you get her?” Asked Elijah.
“3 bottles of perfume and a sports car.”
“Suck-er!” Laughed Dom.
“Hi.” Hannah grinned at Nathan.
“I'm terribly confused.” He replied.
“Well, Hannah?” Said Billy.
“Looks like I'll be going with Jess, sorry Chris.” Hannah gave Chris a consolatory peck on the cheek. She skipped over to Nathan who was strangely wearing his cricket outfit with his collar half up. “Can I hold your hand?”
“Uhh…” Nathan had already let a random woman tie bows in his hair. “YIS!”
“You won this time, Jess but I'll be back…and you'll be really…really…sorry!” Chris cried as they walked off leaving him in the middle of the boarding gate with three perfume bottles and a sports car.
“As they all walked away Jess stuck two fingers up behind her back.

5 packets of KP peanuts later, the plane was about to take off.
“Where are we going, out of interest?” Asked Nathan, looking out of the window.
“England.”
“Oh.” Nathan looked deflated.
“Why, where are you going?” Hannah asked.
“Um, England now I guess.” Nathan replied, scratching his head in contemplation. “I was making my way back home from the cricket world cup in South Africa.”
“Via Rio De Janeiro?!” Hannah laughed.
“It's easier to fly west.” Nathan explained.
“Oh.” Hannah scrunched up another empty peanut packet and threw it on the floor. An air steward walked past and grumpily picked it up.
The seatbelt sign clicked off with a ping and Hannah hurriedly undid hers.
“Do you want to play cricket?” Hannah asked.
“Well, might as well give it a go.” Nathan grinned. He magically pulled a ball out of his pocket…a CRICKET ball you sick people. And Hannah pulled a long broadsheet newspaper out of a man's hands sitting across the aisle from her and rolled it up into a tube.
“My bat…” She walked down the aisle and stood sideways on, tapping her 'bat' on the floor.
Nathan disappeared through the curtains separating business class from economy class. (Dom had begun to get fed up with dishing out loads of money to pay for his daughter's friends, so to save money he bought them all economy tickets).
Suddenly Nathan appeared again and did his cute little bowling manoeuvre, flicking his right arm over his head.
The ball flew at Hannah who shrieked and ducked but it hit the floor and spun off in the opposite direction.
“Hey, good pitch…” Nathan said, his spin technique finally taking real effect.

“Again! Again!” Hannah clapped her hands and jumped up and down.
Nathan picked up the ball and prepared to bowl again. His expert throw hit Hannah's 'bat', bounced off the wall, disappeared into an open overhead storage locker, rolled along its length then fell out at the other end, hitting Jess neatly on the head.
“Ow.” She declared, falling sideways onto Dom's lap, unconscious.
“Hannah? Could you be more careful, please? I think one more concussion might well finish her off.”
“That was caught out.” Nathan observed, picking up the ball as it rolled to his feet.
“It was so in!” Hannah exclaimed.
“OUT!”
“IN!”
OUT!”
IN!”
“Will you two shut up? You're like a bloody indecisive homosexual.” Muttered a grumpy man trying to type on a laptop.
“Sorry.” Said Hannah. “But it was in.”
“Fine, it was in.” Nathan said wearily, to escape an argument.
“Good boy.” Hannah patted him on the head.
Nathan ran back behind the curtain to perform his very short run-up to bowling.
He reappeared through the curtain and tripped on the bottom. With a “STREWTH!” he rolled down the aisle, bowled Hannah over (for the 4th time today) and continued down to the bottom of the plane, straight into a toilet with the door smacking shut behind him.
“Aaaww.” Hannah gave the broadsheet back to the random man and sat back in her seat.
Suddenly her mobile rang. An air hostess ran over at break-neck speed.
“Excuse me! You're not able to talk on a mobile on this plane!!”
Excuse me!” Hannah said. “I'm trying to talk!” She pushed the air hostess down the aisle towards Nathan who squeaked as he was bowled back into the toilets. “Hello?” Hannah continued. “Daniel?!” Hannah put down the phone and hyperventilated for a while. “Can I help you?” She asked pleasantly,
picking the phone back up and holding it to her ear.
