All staff members will be paid at starting wage. Editors will receive 25,000 Team Points weekly, until given a raise. Graphic designers will be paid 10,000 Team Points per graphic, until given a raise. Writers will be paid 5,000 - 10,000 Team Points per project, until given a raise.
SO, HOW DOES IT WORK EXACTLY?
Editors & Writers;
Each staff member will have their own username & enter-code, with this you will be able to access your own page, where you can edit and work on your current projects before they are due. You will recieve notes from Ashley regarding your projects through this page. Nobody other than yourself & Ashley will have access to this page.
Writers will be required to write at least one full piece each week, if they are going away for holidays, etc. We would appreciate it if they could let us know in advance. Some articles will cover guild events; barbeques, auctions, etc. Editors will be required to edit at least two projects per week, some editors will also be taken on board as "coders", meaning coding with CSS. Please specify if you can or cannot code.
GRAPHICS UP & ARTISTS DOWN
Graphic Designers & Artists;

Graphic Designers & Artists will be required to complete at least once piece per week. Most of these projects will be around these categories; front page design, article designs, flyers for guild events, etc.
HOW DO I APPLY?
WRITERS; Please send a neomail to Ashley, please name the subject "APPLICATION: WRITER". Please tell us a little bit about yourself, your name/age, hobbies, etc. You will also need to include a two paragraph writing sample. This can be about anything - neopets, your dog, what you did six days ago, etc. It really doesn't matter! The more literate the better, we don't want to exhaust the editors! You will not get a reply back right away. You, along with all other selected applications, will get a neomail with a "welcome" neomail & your username & passcode. At this time you will also gain access to the staff member website.
GRAPHIC DESIGNERS; Please send a neomail to Ashley, please name the subject "APPLICATION: GRAPHIC D". Please tell us a little bit about yourself, your name/age, hobbies, etc. You will also need to include two graphic designs. One of these can be something you made a month ago, but one of them must say "Advance." They both must be neo-related. They can be banners, layouts, blogs, etc. You must have a program other than MS Paint; PSP, Photo Shop, both good. Many other programs are also good. =) You can download free trials of them on the internet as well. =) You will not get a reply back right away. You, along with all other selected applications, will get a neomail with a "welcome" neomail & your username & passcode. At this time you will also gain access to the staff member website.
EDITORS & CODERS; Please send a neomail to Ashley, please name the subject "APPLICATION: EDITOR" or "APPLICATION: CODER" depending which one suits you. Please tell us a little bit about yourself, your name/age, hobbies, etc. You will also need to include whether you would like to be a coder; coding the newspaper pages, adding the articles: image mapping would be great! Please send in two different examples of your coding - You will need to send me the URL of where it is displayed. Or if you would like to be an editor; editing submitted articles by guild members & writers, please send in a one paragraph sample of your writing - This can be about anything. You will not get a reply back right away. You, along with all other selected applications, will get a neomail with a "welcome" neomail & your username & passcode. At this time you will also gain access to the staff member website.
COMICS DESIGNER; Please send a neomail to Ashley, please name the subject "APPLICATION: COMICS". Please tell us a little bit about yourself, your name/age, hobbies, etc. You will need to send in one sample of a comic that you wrote & designed on a graphics program. You will not get a reply back right away. You, along with all other selected applications, will get a neomail with a "welcome" neomail & your username & passcode.
