Hello, and welcome to the Advance Houses/Teams page! This page will help you have a better understanding of how we work; please read through this carefully as many of your questions will be answered throughout this guide.

Guild Houses and Guild Teams are the same thing and so are House Points and Team Points. When you join Advance you will not be sorted onto a team right away. You will be sorted when you post at least fifteen messages. We do this to ensure that all teams only have active members. You cannot pick your team under any circumstances, you will be placed evenly along your other guild members. You cannot switch teams under any circumstances.
Each month Houses will change. House Points will be set back to zero, and house leaders will change. Everybody will be re-arranged into a new house, and the only one with the choice of house is the winning House Leader for the previous month. There will then be new house leaders, and monthly prizes will be awarded.
If you're interested in being a House Leader, we're looking for members that can benefit their house in some way. If you'd like to apply, go to the council area, click "Apply for Position" and use the drop down menu to find the name of your team. Tell us a little bit about yourself, and you could help your team be the winner. If you are chosen to be House Leader you will be in charge of creating a House Page that must be updated at all times. This house page must have some style to it. You are more than welcome to create your own house activities on your house page, but if awarding prizes, we ask that you supply your own.
If you're not chosen to be your team leader, don't feel too bad. You'll get your chance eventually. Even though you're not house leader, there's a lot of things that you can do to help out your team. Browse throughout the rest of the guild website for a ton of ways!
The winning team will receive their own private party complete with tons of games, prizes, and giveaways! They will also receive a customized trophy made for their userlookup, and an award made for their Guild Profile Page. The leader of the winning team will also have their choice of house for the following month. There will also be three free raffles that they will be entered in, the prizes for them are as follows: 100,000NP, set of codestones, and one winter package!
The only requirement for being a Team Leader is that you have been in the guild for at least one week. (Void in November/Beginning of December. Apply when wanted.) When submitting your application, keep in mind that it is more likely to be accepted if it is at least semi-literate and tells us a little bit about yourself, why you want the position, how you could help your team, etc. We'd also appreciate it if you could send us a draft "Team Page" as each Team Leader is in charge of keeping one up to date.
For right now we're not changing our House Names from month to month, but this will definitely be changing in the future.
