ISA Returns From the Dead- Thursday, March 28th Showing
In case you thought us ISA people had gone AWOL, we're coming back March 28th with a killer showing including Super Cat Girl Nuku-Nuku, Death +Rebirth, Noir, Trigun, Dragon-Half, and some Anime Music Videos. And For the first time, ISA will be happening in the BSS Theatre. It's bigger better and only a couple blocks down the road from UCC so don't worry about finding it, I'll put up a map. Membership has been waived so the only costs you have to worry about are food, the usual 5 bucks. Be there at 4:00 and watch and hang out until 10:00. More details on the next showing page.

Garbage, Responsibility, and Egging Jeffson's House
Sure the last showing was pretty good but afterwards, us staffers were left with a brutal clean up job. Funnily enough the trash was concentrated in the area where the UTS guys were sitting, not to name names but it was pretty bad. Pizza crusts wedged between seats, Pop Cans lying on the ground, this is not Famous friggin Players, we don't pay teenagers minimum wage to clean up after you. So we have resolved one simple solution, you clean up your crap next time or we egg Jeffson's house. Get it together people, we're not 4 year old kids. Slam dunk your junk.
-A message from your concerned ISA staffers and Prez Mike Miller

It's DENT!!!
Well, it appears I am a fool, the word Independent is spelled with a 'dent' not a 'dant' as I once thought. All of the instances where this word was mispelled are on their ways to being changed. On a possibly more important note, I've got the cards laminated and we have an all-staff all-reps meeting tommorrow so if your name was on the sign up list... then your school rep will bring your card to you. If there are any problems with your card (wrong one/name misspelled/you signed up but didn't get a card) send me an email and I'll double check it for you.

The Opener
ISA began possibly it's most important season on Friday Sept. 28th. Aside from the introduction of our new membership system, it was a fairly normal showing. On the bill were Here Is Greenwood, Fushigi Yuugi, and Irresponsible Captain Tylor. We get it people, you don't like FY and Greenwood... those will probably never be shown at ISA again, however Tylor showed promise and will probably be a continuing thing throughout the season. Horkins figured out how to use a Cell Phone and pizza and drinks were delivered (yay!). And when it was all over we reflected upon what went down and discussed some future showings, some names that came up include Noir, Fatal Fury, and others. We'll just have to see how this season's showings evolve to please everyone. Oh, yeah and cards will be ready for the next showing (hopefully...)!

It's here, the 2001/2002 season of ISA. This year we're going to make ISA better for everyone. Objectives this year are to sign on new schools, have more regular meetings, and finally get those cards in circulation. We hope to see all of you at our 01/02 showings!
