ISA History
How did this all start? When I think back to the first ISA, this is how I remember it happened...
Michael Miller was club head of the UCC anime club, and he wanted to have a special event, an "invitational" we called it. We would "invite" other schools to watch with us... intriguing. In the end we only invited Branksome Hall. We watched Mononoke, had fun, ate pizza, and we even had a distinguished guest Brad Reckless the founder of the UCC anime club, who was at the most proud with our efforts carrying on the club.
As for the name, we changed it to ISA, and decided to make this a regular thing. The next ISA was way more successfull. We had a bigger turnout, and more schools.
And the rest as they say is history
