thank you for your efforts in highlighting the sad side of Irish history, let us not forget the suffering of those who went before us. We are trying to trace our forefathers who travelled on those "coffin ships" to the "New World"

All your hard work, is very appreciated., and of great help to me and my clients, who are searching for their Kerry Roots. I was thrilled to find my own family marriages in there too. Thanks again, and will keep coming back.

How exciting it is to visit your page. I bookmarked it immediately. My great great grandparents came from County Longford. Their names were Patrick HIGGINS and Mary CURRAN. They were married in 1858 in Co. Longford according to his Civil War records. Today I believe I found which town they lived in. Ballymahon. I now need to verify it. I also have my other great grandparents, Patrick BUNBURY and Mary GORMAN. I am quite sure they came from County Wicklow. Your page makes me want to visit Ireland. ood Luck!

Looking for relatives of Hugh McArdle, born in Castleblayney, Monaghan, in 1846. He emigrated to Australia in 1864. His three other brothers (one named Thomas) and his sister (named Dorothy) went to New York. I believe they were Protestant. I think his ather had a small plot as there was some argument as to the Will, I believe. That is all I know.

Ann Kerr was transported in 1848 aboard the ship John Calvin to Van Diemen's Land. I would like to find some of h r ancestors. As far as I am aware her father was Robert Kerr and her mother was Ann. If anyone out there has any information I would be very glad to hear from you.
