2. You will have a screen that pops up that says Chat Connection. There will also be 2 tabs - Connect & Personal Info.
3. Click on the Personal Info tab. Fill in your information in the provided boxes. The only one that is required, is your Nickname. The rest you may fill in or leave blank. Once you have filled in all of your information, click on Apply.
4. Now click on the Connect tab. In the middle of the screen, you will see it says Server, and has a white box under it. Be sure that in that box it says: irc.ozmatrix.com (If it doesn't, then simply click in the box, delete what is in there, and type it in) *If you had to type it in, then click on Apply.
5. Under that box you will see 3 choices - Go to chat room -or- Show all available chat rooms -or- Just connect to server. For now, choose: Just connect to server.
6. Once all of this is done, click on OK.
7. At the bottom of your screen, above your Start button, it will say: Attempting to connect. When it says: Online, but not in room - you are ready to find a room.
8. At the top of your screen, click on Room, then Room List. It will bring up a screen with a list of available rooms. Click on the room name that you want to enter, then click on Join Room.
*There ya go. You're now in a chatroom. There are lots of features in this that are fun to use. Either play around and figure them out, or just ask someone in a room. Most people will be happy to help. HAVE FUN!! =))))
