Forgings’ configurations: cubes, rectangles, plates, smooth shafts and also with layers and beads having length up to 8000 mm, ring forgings with a diameter up to 3000 mm, pipes’ forgings manufactured by a method of sewing-drawing, vessels of 400-500 l capacity for working pressures 25-40 Mpa.ensures manufacturing of high-quality steel; thermal treatment; manufacturing of large-sized forgings of different configurations, including the rotor shafts for turbo-generators, propeller shafts for vessels, stamped blanks, stell iron and non-ferrous castings, tube blanks of centrifugal casting with a diameter up to 380 mm and the length up to 6820 mm. The Production is certificated by the English Lloyed’s Register of Shipping and Russian Marine Register of Navigation

Stamped blanks hot blanks of various configurations, with a weight up to 40 kg, diameter up to 370 mm and also flash-free moldings, weighting up to 50 kg. Steel and iron shaped moulds of a T-piece types, gates, croosings, supports, pulleys, wheels, asterisks, casing for reduction gears, brackets, castings for reduction gears, brackets, castings for shipbuilding.
