Enterprise Industrial Association “BARRICADY” was founded in
June, 1914 as Tsaritsin Gun Factory. In the course of its development
the factory has become one of the largest machine-building and defense
enterprises of Russia. At present our Enterprise manufactures modern
machines and equipment for oil, gas and mining industries, metallurgical
castings and forged bars, modern casing panels for monolithic house
building.
Metallurgical – ensures manufacturing of high-quality steel; thermal
treatment; manufacturing of large-sized forgings of different configurations,
including the rotor shafts for turbo-generators, propeller shafts
for vessels, stamped blanks, stell iron and non-ferrous castings,
tube blanks of centrifugal casting with a diameter up to 380 mm and
the length up to 6820 mm. The Production is certificated by the English
Lloyed’s Register of Shipping and Russian Marine Register of Navigation
Mechanical assembly – is equipped with the equipment for the production power
hydraulics, modern metalworking equipment, including programmed numerical
control, multi-tools machines, the unique line of thermo-plast automatic
machines is assembledand put into operation. There is a modern test
base and a system of guarantee supervision.
Well Casing "Oprus-1"-
is a system of universal dismountable, rearrange able, large-panel
forms of walls and foundations, meant for walling and foundations’
construction of houses and office buildings.Casing allows to concrete
a three meter high walls without taking into account the speed of
the concrete lifting up, according to the standard of walls’ smoothness.
