Q: Is buying the CD safe through your website?

A: Absolutely!
    All orders are processed exclusively by CD Baby.com who have been in business, and thriving, since March 1998. They're the largest seller of independent CDs on the web.
    They NEVER give or sell your personal info to any other company - EVER! (No not even your email address!) Only the musician whose CD you buy will know who you are. If you don't even want the musician to know about you, just say so at the bottom of your order form.
     Your credit card info is never stored, and never seen by anyone. They don't store it in your permanent customer info. The card number is erased immediately after the sale, for extra protection. There is nothing of yours here to steal. Yes this means you'll have to type your card number again when you return, but we hope you appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you.
     Full 128-bit secure SSL connection protects all of your private information from snooping eyes. CD Baby's secure certificate issued by Thawte - a division of Verisign.

Q; When will my CD arrive?

A: In the USA, if you get one CD, we send by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days.
In the USA, if you get MORE than one CD, we send by PRIORITY mail. Your CD will arrive in 2-3 days.
Outside of the USA, we use Global Priority Mail. Sometimes they take only 2 days! Usually, 5-6 days.
If it takes more than a week, you should slap your mailman when he arrives.

Q: How much does the shipping cost?

A: Usually $2.25 for one CD sent regular First Class. $2.00 for two CDs and it gets more economical the more CDs you buy. CD Baby has a shipping chart available for you to check out here.

Q: What happens if my new CD arrives damaged in the mail?

A: CD Baby's Money-Back Guarantee:
We know it's hard to buy a CD online that you haven't heard before. But we also know there's SO much good music in here that you will love. So we give you a full money-back guarantee: If you don't like a CD, for whatever reason, just return it to us within 14 days and we'll give you your money back. If you pay by credit card, we'll just put the cost of that CD back on to your card. But you'll have to give us the number again. (remember? we don't keep it in our records) Since we can't refund your postage, the cheapest way to get a CD back to us is to just write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the original package, and drop it in the mail. It won't cost you anything! If your CD should arrive damaged, we'll replace it - no questions asked.
