Phoebe is our first High In Trial winner and
she did it in style at the German Shorthaired
Pointer Club of America National Specialty in 2001. Not surprising, since
her mom
was a littermate to our Devon. Phoebe also distinguished herself as the
1997
GSPCof North Florida Puppy/Derby Dog of the
Year and earning six field trial points.
Sadly after obtaining her CDX in short order and being readied to compete for
her
Utility title, she was injured in a field accident and was retired from
competition. She
still swims and hunts at home and enjoys her time on the couch with the family.
