What's the difference betweem Cale and Jim?? Who's better looking?
In a journey that begins after Earth ends, a rebellious teenager named Cale embarks on an adventure through space to find a legendary spacecraft, the Titan, which holds the secret to salvation for the human race. SYNOPSIS
Set in the future, after Earth has been destroyed by a devastating alien attack, Titan A.E. is the story of an orphaned young man who suddenly finds himself on an incredible adventure after he is given a mysterious treasure map. In order to save mankind, he must unlock the secret of Hydra.

course Jim Bailey, I mean comon' he does deserve some credit for being loyal and stuff.....he does take up a lot of space but hey give him credit! Jim's cool. I mean, he's an average teen whose been tossed in with the heroes in a seriously bad situation, and he handles it. You can't say it of everybody. I'm an average teen and I don't know if I could. He is the ultimate sidekick. Willing to help out ALWAYS, brave and kind of in awe of what is happening to him and his friends and, ultimately, the world. He treats David's story with incredulity at first(Wouldn't you), but in the end he stands by David. 
He never questions what is happening beyond reason, he just wonders WHAT HE CAN DO TO HELP. I liked it when he talked to the President and didn't seem all that awed. You know: "Well, hell, sir. I'm in a spaceship trying to save the world. You're just not that impressive anymore." (The Prez's reaction was priceless, too) The fact that as a backup character, he received Cale's communique during the final ep was a nice touch, too. It got him more personally involved in David's past than he had ever been before. To him, David's true origin doesn't matter. David is his friend, period.
