Interview: Tess Wiley
inthefall- It must be awsome to travel in Europe on tour. What are some of your favorite places youve been to while on tour? Are there any plans for an American tour?
Tess- So far ive only toured Germany, Holland and Belgium. And ive had great experiences everywhere. The thing i like about Europe is that its still somewhat seperate as far as cultures and cuisine. For that reason, each country, and sometimes even differant regions in the country, are unique to themselves. You really get a feel for the differant way people live and eat. I love Holland because all the people are so warm and excited about music (they are also very direct, which to an American can be interpreted as rudeness). They also dont dub theyre tv shows into Dutch, so one can enjoy the Simpsons in the original English!
I am hoping and praying to pu together an American tour. At this point, with no label and such, it will probably be a solo tour, but it would be awsome to do a real one with full band. But America is just too freaking huge! One needs at least three months to be able to play everywhere!
