The specific area of land maintained by
Salt Fork Park is approximately 7,000 hectares.  On the land, there is a lodge where the provisional town hall can be established.  This lodge includes a large, central meeting area, meeting rooms (with a capacity for 450 people), a dining area and kitchen, as well as 148 residential accommodations of different sizes.  On the land, there are also 17 cottages, 37 cabins, 192 camping sites with electricity, and additional facilities that can more readily facilitate the inhabitation of residents.

infrastructure of utility provision (water, electricity, heat) to the established residential accommodations, cottages, and cabins.  Telephone and internet connexions are established within the immediate residential accommodations of the lodge, although such connexions have yet to be established within the autonomous cottages and cabins.

Within the land, there is also a lake of more than 1,200 hectares that is maintained by a dam.
