mel and i met at university where we both read communications. ok, she read, i looked at the pictures. i digress... in one of the very first admin meetings i was trying to find a friend of a friend who i'd heard was on my course. i asked the girls sat behind me (one of whom was mel),"are any of you [insert name here]?" mel replied, "no, but i could be..." which was, i discovered later, a flirtatious reply. later that day we met on the steps outside the union. the rest, as they say, is history.
