Pick Up & Drop Off We provide flexible pick-up times to meet the demands of your busy
schedule, including evenings and weekends. We also have convenient drop-off
locations.

Safety and
Security
During the consignment process, items must be in our possession and we assume
full responsibility for each item, including a secure, climate controlled
environment, provision of necessary maintenance and insurance protection.

Preparation We
make your item look as appealing as possible in preparation for sale.

Research
Our Appraisers conduct extensive research using the Internet and various
reference resources for each item we sell in order to:

Gather the
necessary information for the Item Description,

Determine the
best sales venue, auction format and timing in which to sell your item,

Select the most
advantageous cross-promotional methods, and
o
Establish the
initial selling price, critical to the successful sale of your item.
§ Crystal Clear Digital Photos Most Internet Auctions allows one free photo, with a minimal charge for additional photos. We will take and display as many photos as necessary to properly present your item. We can host additional photos on our own web site to save you money also.

Professional
Auction Listing -
Each auction listing we create for your items is designed as a true web page
with a professional look. This means you don't have to worry about learning HTML
programming to get a great looking auction page. We do it for you. This also
means your auction pages stand out from the amateurs, thereby increasing your
chances for successfully selling your item at the highest possible price. This
has also proven to be helpful when you are competing against someone else
selling the same item. Your chances are much better if your auction page looks
better.
§ Marketing and Promotion Where appropriate and advantageous, we will market and promote your items auction to individuals and/or groups who may have a specific interest in your item. For example, if you were selling Franciscan Desert Rose China, we would post a link to your auction on the Desert Rose Collectors of American Web Site.
§ Bidder Correspondence - We handle all relevant auction correspondence. This means you won't have to check your e-mail several times a day to answer any questions that prospective bidders may have. This integral part of running an auction can definitely take a chunk out of your busy schedule. We also handle the end of auction correspondence, including invoicing, shipping calculation and payment verification to obtain your auction proceeds and post winner feedback.

Seven-Day
Auctions - Our
experience has shown that the seven-day format is, more often than not, the most
effective; especially when the best starting and ending days are chosen.

Auction
Close Out Once
your auction is complete we communicate with the winning bidder to determine
payment and shipping preferences, send invoicing and provide necessary feedback.
§ Payment Processing - When credit cards are acceptable as payment, the likelihood of your item selling at the price you want increases dramatically. Auctions that only accept money orders or checks often do poorly. Through PayPal, we accept all major Credit Cards, e-Checks and EFT.
§ Packing and Shipping - We make sure that each item is carefully packed to insure safe arrival to the buyer, regardless of shipping method. You are not charged shipping costs. These costs are paid by the buyer and added to their total purchase price. This service will save you a big headache and a trip to UPS or the Post Office.

Links - You'll
then be able to track the progress and watch the bidding. You will know when
your item has sold and what the final selling price is. And using the formula on
our Fee Structure section, you'll be able to calculate what is owed to you. We
don't want you to be in the dark about what is happening with your items. We
make sure you're able to see what's going on every step of the way.
