With the outbreak of the Dead upon us the United States Military and the International Emergency Management Association have put together the following document. It is recommended that you memorize what you read here.

COMBAT:

1.) The most effective way to eliminate the enemy threat is to neutralize the target's brain. Almost all attacks upon the brain have been known to destroy the threat.

2.)The most effective weapon against a ghoul is a firearm. If a firearm is unavailable you should improvise a weapon strong enough to pierce the skull and destroy the brain. If such a weapon does not exist then a weapon capable of removing the head from the rest of the body should be sought.

NOTE: THE HEAD WILL STILL BE "ALIVE" BUT THE BODY WILL NOT

3.) Always aim for an area of the skull that is soft and easily pierced. The ear canal, eye socket, mouth, and nostril are the most effective. If necessary you can attempt to pierce through the chin, but this is rarely effective.
