| 10.19.04 Good news! Ben, Paul, a new drummer (George) and a new singer (Stephanie) have created a new band called AGENT SPARKS. Check them out at www.agentsparks.com 6.21.04 If you haven't heard... AudioVENT has split. Well well, where do we begin? After 12 years, the band has broken up. It comes as a shock; Paul posted last month they weren't breaking up, they constantly talked about how strong they were as a group and the positivity... and now it's all over. I don't know what to say. They were a one of a kind band that rarely comes along. Anyone who's heard their music or met them knows how awesome they are. It's a shame they ended like this. As much as I want them to continue to be a band, I'm going to support them all in whatever they do, and I hope you do to. Jason, Ben, Paul, Ryland, and Jamin: Thank you for the years of music you're shared with us. We'll miss AudioVENT, but we'll see you all soon... And I want to say thank you to everyone who's been coming to this site. Better If You VENT turned 3 this month, and it wouldn't have lasted if you all didn't come here and support it. I've enjoyed having this website up and sharing my AV love with everyone. Just because AV has ended doesn't mean this site will. I'm going to keep it up for everyone to see. They've been my favorite band for a little over 4 years, and after seeing them many times, I know I could never give up liking them, even if they did break up. I guess I can't be bitter about it forever, can I? So thank you to everyone who's been coming here for 3 years, thank you to all the fans, and especially, thank you AudioVENT. Good luck to all. | Important AudioVENT Update: "After 12 years of playing music together, we've now decided to part ways. We've kept all our friendships in tact, which I think is the most important thing, and are now interested in pursueing other creative endeavors. Thank you all so much for all the support you've showed us over the years. Just so you know, the music will not stop here. I'm in the process of putting together a new project that I think will be amazing. So you'll definately be hearing from me sometime in the near future.
