BALL BEARING TEST RIG
The ball
bearing test rig has been locally developed from funds provided by M/s
TATA STEEL, Bearings Division, Kharagpur. This test rig is primarily used
for condition monitoring studies on ball bearings through vibration monitoring.
The rig has provision to run at various speeds. This rig serves as an
important experimental tool for demonstrating to students the effect of
bearing faults on the measured vibration.
