Our Vision
The image of the women in Islam across the world has and continues to receive a constant battering. We are presented as being oppressed, and misfits who are ill equipped to integrate into Western society. This perception has come about by the way we dress, our way of life, restrictions on our freedom of movement, and certainly by no less, the treatment of women by Muslim men in Muslim countries and the West.
There is a lot of myth and truth in the subjugation of Muslim women by people.
The myth has to be debunked in a constructive way and we aim to do this by holding dialogues and information sessions.
To right our wrongs, we empower our women by seizing the opportunities for personal and professional growth and to subscribe to the intellectual freedom that we in Australia are blessed with.
