Russian tea-drinking with Cake

Tea Cocktail

Combine 2 cups of milk cooled to 41° F, 1 1/4 cup cool strong tea and 4 full tablespoons of chocolate ice-cream, beat and pour into goblets.

Cold Tea

Add an ice to 1 cup of strong tea, 1 or 2 tablespoons of orange syrup and 2 tablespoons of milk and mix.
The cold tea and cocktail can be served for dessert .
