With an extensive athletic background  going from team sports to weight-lifting and yoga practice, over the years I have given my students the opportunity for personnalised work-out programs and motivation coach experience. Students receive  help and instructions for the best results possible. I beleive in mixing exercises and their intensity to constantly challenge the body in becoming stronger and more resistant. It is the best way to encourage the body to change. There is a ton of machines you can buy to build your body, but there is only one machine that can make them move. Bring it!
