Hope began her extensive colorguard experience as a student at Conrad Weiser High School where she took part in winning both a Cavalcade of Bands Championship and many High Colorguard awards. Since high school, Hope has moved on to teach colorguard at the middle school, high school, college, and drum corps level along with performing with the Reading Buccaneers Drum & Bugle Corps. Her successful teaching career has yielded a CIDA championship along with many High Colorguard awards and a part in another Cavalcade of Bands Championship. Hope serves as a visual caption judge for the Cavalcade of Bands and CIA. For the 2003 indoor season, Hope was voted to serve in the position of Outreach and Mentoring Coordinator for for the Cavalcade Indoor Association (CIA).

Jeff began his experience as a student at Reading High School where he took part in winning many High Percussion awards and served as Drum Major his senior year. Jeff began teaching shortly after high school and has written & arranged for, and instructed several high school percussion sections. His successful teaching career includes leading several groups to High Percussion awards and being a part of two separate Cavalcade of Bands Championship groups. Jeff joined the staff of CW ICE in the winter of 1999, taking part in a CIDA Championship in early 2000. Jeff serves as both a visual and percussion caption judge for the Cavalcade of Bands and CIA. For the 2003 indoor season, Jeff was voted to serve in the position of Vice President for Percussion for for the Cavalcade Indoor Association (CIA).

--> Kim Bressler

- Asst. Director and Booster President

Kim's experience began as a devoted mother of a colorguard member which led to her becoming an officer of the CW ICE Boosters. She is currently the Booster President and has, for many years, shared her talents in creating costumes/ uniforms and equipment for the colorguard. Kim joined the instructional staff during the 2001 CIDA season, having found that her love of colorguard and interest in learning had resulted in a desire to share in teaching.
