Our main goal: To raise an awareness regarding the issue of "Age Discrimination" amongst all IBM Israel senior employees, in order to empower us as well as to become aware of our rights. This will enable us to make our own decision, regarding when and how to retire with dignity. We have established an Israel IBM employees Web site, which will reflect our position as senior IBM employees.
