The performance of our proprietary PVD process – HI3D™ – is superior to CVD and TD in heavy-duty applications.

IBC-Sputtek coatings increase the life of large stamping, forging, die-casting, plastics, rubber, extrusion and cutting tools and machinery.

IBC-Sputtek can coat parts up to 30 x 30 x 20 in. (750 x 750 x 500 mm) and 1000 lbs (450 kg). Larger limits possible.

IBC can Ion Plasma Nitride parts that will feed into 58 INEM ID and up to 71" high, 6000lbs weight.

Tools and machine parts have far higher wear and corrosion resistance, pick-up, galling and fretting are eliminated, friction and release forces are minimized in tribological pairs.

Our coatings provide lubrication-free low friction and high wear resistance for clean room automation machinery in semiconductors manufacturing.
