Dialogue triumphs: "I'll meet you in the Suck and Swallow" "Mmm..I suspect you are lying, but no matter." "These girls could kill you with their insatiable desire for 24 hour non stop copulation, in a variety of different positions!" "Eric who?"
Factoids: Made as a surprise present only, this film proves to be one of the most popular today. Colin's dance was done in one take, no rehearsal, with the entire crew smothering total hysterics. Both Sharon and Tina ride well, apparently. "Eric who" came out of one Adlib members mouth as a genuine query, but was turned into a series of skits at the end of the film. Eric does have a third nipple, mimicked by Ian in the film.

In your dreams, Graham...
They had to marry after this film...
Best Bit: So many! The 0898...bit, the Wan Card bit, Stallion in the bedroom bit, the "this" bit.
I love....Graham Forbes because, he created a lovable rogue, in the form of Mr Stallion, in a short space of time, and he played it so realistically, that you wolud almost think that he actually enjoyed this sort of behaviour in real life.(He's married so obviously he doesn't...)

Personal Glimpse: by Ian Taylor I had this idea that it was about time we had a celebration of Eric, someone whom we had all had a fun time with for a number of years. I thought about what he liked most in the world...Bolton Wanderers. No way was I doing a film based around them! His second favorite pastime: Filth. Now there was a challenge. I basically asked the 3 girls involved if they would strip for a new film. They were reluctant, until I said it was for Eric, then they were chomping at my bit. Eric frequently visited this county of Yorkshire, so it was with upmost secrecy that we made the film and rather quickly too. I only remember 2 shoots, there could have been more. Everything went very smoothly, and all gave there all to their parts, be them big or, like in the case of Stephen Deurden, tiny. Eric was invited across on the pretence of a cinema trip, with a huge gang. As he sat in Johns, dissapointed only me and John were going, the rest of the gang, charged down the stairs, and Eric was silenced for over 20 mins, as he got treated to this visual delight. He also has as a memento, a large blown up photo of the girls, which he still has to hang on his wall. C'mon Eric, it was 6 years ago! Wrong Card is probably the film I enjoy watching the most, if not the most satisfying. A joyful piece to create.

The Bottom Line: The most enjoyable romp to watch. It succeeds on a number of levels. Its amusing for the general viewer, entertains the one whom it was made for, was a pleasure to make from everyone concerned, and is as watchable today as ever. It tittilates in true Carry On style, without going out intentionally to offend. Buy it!
