| Personal Glimpse by: Ian Taylor Well, I feel a bit of a fraud here, as I didn't have much to do here. I boomed the bedroom scene, and under Colin's direction, found it the most mind-numbing of experiences. Still we all have to start somewhere. I recall that the lead could only remember about 1 line (good choice, Colin) and I stood by the camera lens, miming his lines with lips and hand actions. There were a number of hand actions came to mind that day. Except for editing, I did no more on the project. As Tegan would say, " If it stops being fun, give it up!" I did. |
| The Bottom Line: Its a good idea for the black and white, which adds mood and a sombre feel, as does the room in which it takes place. The direction is too slow, it plods, and grinds to a halt. Some nice camerawork at the party. Story: Brill, Execution: Nil |
