Diary Week Nine
Day 57
|
Sunday, 12th September, 2004Despite going to sleep at six, I managed to be wide awake by nine, and, probably with the help of all the caffeine filled mat from the night before, had no problems with concentrating throughout Carwyns service, ysgol sul and the congregational singing afterwards. On the other hand, I was also absolutely knackered and went straight to bed for a siesta after getting back home! It was about five when I woke up again, ready for the day, or the evening, as the case may be. Just about time for the Welsh Premier chat which starts at eight oclock in Wales, or, well, four in the afternoon for me. A chance to check e-mails and banter about the latest football goings on. For some reason, all the Barry fans turn up several hours late, so after checking my e-mails I went back home, cooked myself some tea, and then came back for the usual analysis of what went wrong at the weekend. Not a lot apparently, this week. Still, all good fun! I had thought about going to the cinema, but the gripping conversation kept me at the computer for longer than I expected, and, anyway, I was tired, so after finishing the conversation (the others were moaning that they were getting up in four hours), I went back home to bed!
