| TOLKIEN TRIVIA: Tolkien named his trilogy, The Lord of the Rings. It was the Publishers' idea to give the individual books respective titles. Tolkien was pleased at the titles, "The Fellowship of the Ring" and "The Two Towers." However, he greatly disliked the title, "The Return of the King," commenting that it gave away the ending. |
