Saturday, July 23, 2005 At Springfield College Location: Art Linkletter Natatorium 263 Alden St. Springfield College Directions Swimmers age 11 & up will swim in the morning. Check In 7:00 AM Warm Up 7:20 � 7:50 AM Meet Start 8:30 AM Sharp! In the morning, a bullpen will not be used but heat sheets will be posted. Ages 11 & up MUST pay attention so they are at the blocks on time!!! Swimmers age 10 & under will swim in the afternoon. Check In 1:40 PM Warm Up 2:00 � 2:30 PM Meet Start Approx. - 2:40 PM During the afternoon session, Mrs. Kathie Tarpey and Mr. Dan Knight, (Falcon parent volunteers), will be on deck with our team and a meet bullpen will be utilized. Entrances: Swimmers must enter the pool through the side door near the parking lot. (Locker rooms are accessible from the pool deck.) NO PARENTS WILL BE ADMITTED THROUGH THE SIDE DOOR. Parents and other spectators must enter the building through the front door only. Remember to allow ample time for parking! Admission: $2 (Children under 12 and swimmers are free.) Programs: $3 per session Refreshments, swim gear, and event T - shirts will be sold. No smoking or glass containers allowed in the building. Parents are not allowed on the deck at any time unless doing an assigned job. This is a strictly adhered to league rule, so please pack your swimmer�s belongings and snacks, (no glass), accordingly. Awards: Individual Events � Trophies 1 to 6, Ribbons 7 to 12 Relays � Trophies 1 to 3, Ribbons 4 to 12 Heat Ribbons will also be awarded to each heat winner. Top 12 places in each event score points for their teams Results: Available for download at www.hyvswimming.org Feel free to ask questions of others who�ve been there if you are new to this exciting type of meet.
