And the lie that Satan used was, that we could be like the most High. Satan told that same lie toEve. He convinced her that she could be like God. )4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
)5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and eviL (Genesic3:4&5) God doesnt wnt you to eat that because He knows that when you do, youll be like Him! See the lie? See how the devil lied! And not only did a third-part fall, but the entire human race fell. And that same hog-jawed, lying, long-tongued, beady-eyed devil is still a liar today and he is still telling that same lie. He is sitting in the temple of God showing himself that he is god. This is an example of humanistic religion, that teaches we are our own God, when the truth is, we arc not. Because, JESUS is still the one and only true God. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou host sent. (John 17:3)
The biggest lie that Satan has told in 2000 years is that there is more than one God, when he knows there is only one. It makes him look a whole lot better. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. (James 2:19) I used to get into little scraps and fights up and down the valley where I live. Sometimes I would get jumped onto by three or four boys. About everywhere I swung, I hit something. I never did feel too bad, even though I got beat badly, when I knew it took three or four to do it. But if it had only taken one to whip me, then it would have made me look bad. That is why Satan is telling this lie. He got thrown out of Heaven. I believe he got hit so hard on his head, that he was addled and this is why he got up off the ground saying, I see three. Be happy about this thing. Satan is still running around here addled. If he can convince you that it took three to throw him out of Heaven, it makes him look better. It did not take three. Jesus said, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." (Luke 10:18) |
