The Harriman Utility Board provides electric, gas, water, and sewer services to nearly 15,000 customers within parts of Roane, Morgan, and Anderson Counties. Our seventy-four employees administer, operate, maintain, and oversee a complex utility infrastructure using integrated, network-based supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) monitoring, and geographic information systems (GIS).
