Elephants
I don't really title my art work. Most of what I do is already titled elsewhere anyway.
These elephants are based off a photograph in the National Geographic too (I find a lot of inspiration there). It was drawn with chalk as an assignment for a high school art class.

Working with chalk was a challenge. That little elephant was particularly challenging to get scaled correctly. I'm always going to be unhappy with his trunk, especially where it meets his face. This is definitely better viewed from a distance.
This is another one that I gave to my mom. She first put it in front of the glass of the tiger picture, then it fell behind the piano for a time. Dad finally rescued it and pinned it to the wall in a closet. That's more then a little disappointing. I'm thinking about asking for it back and putting it in my book, since I'm the only one who likes it.
