Has NAFTA PAID Off?
But what have been the results of the Information Age careers? Why are ordinary Americans saying about their new information jobs? Is there a reason why it has not resulted? Is the process a "kinder&gentler" process?
Well, manufacturing was an institution of hundreds of years, millions of Americans gave up when they saw their job go abroad. Many that had manufacturing stole the jobs of Degreed-educated citizens to avoid ging to school - even highschool. Millions of dollars have gone into educational universities to make the new-age jobs, but Many Americans do not want to go to college? And the results are few individuals come out to find these "great information jobs". you will find the reasons truoghout this discovery.
Contrary to the information age hype in 1992, is that vocational jobs as; culinary, elder-care, health industries have been the leaders not "Infomation Age", the only one making money are colleges, unversities and professors?! Likewise the manufacturing jobs practices used physical abilities, these new jobs use intellectual abilities and I think Americans are not able to make that transistion. Smart, intelligent and creativity driven lead the information age skill, but in this area of society, the"elite", "entitled" has captured it for decades by Whites and frown on new comers to the table, many having succeeded in this field by personal abilities of innovation or by stealing the ideas from other unsuspecting people.
Today thousands of American Companies are investing abroad for this "intellectual" ability instead of educating, informing and proactively promoting this idea of "intellectualism". Government nor Corporations are publicly telling people the truth behind this new era. Likewise, jobs have been few to none because the existing leaders of the manufacturing age are still trying to work with out-dated, absurd mannerism that are NOT catored to the information age mind-set. One example, if all the manufacturing jobs are overseas then wouldn't the administrative, managerial, financial jobs grow two-fold? Well, what has happened is the contrary because they found able personnel overseas to perform these jobs too - at bottom-rate wages $20/hr in America, $5/hr Overseas. Likewise, if these jobs are overseas then the ports, freight and airline business should grow two-fold, right? No, because while there are plenty of openings in these fields and billions of dollars in revenue, these companies have reduced there workforce doubled their workers performance and caused millions of un-safe conditiond for these workers to include keeping only those "yes men" that will not tell the truth. Hence companies with billions of dollars hoarded by the few.
Many say the future is in graphics, medical software analyst or computer techs, but the truth is the money paying jobs are in Overseas intellectual companies that are contracted out to foreigners. Not what you wanted to hear? Its the new America, wild west, you make your way, your the company - its time to wake up to the greatest flop in developmental launch. I think this "digital TV" was the first flop of integrating the information age to the public. Where in American history the Government has used the public to directly fund overseas companies for local goods and services? America its Government, its Colleges have lost Trillions of dollars for millions of dollars of nothing!

Its hard to think that the Whites that I know will not accept their outdated skills, 1950's behavior and loss of civil ability needs to be changed. Remember its "smart" not muscle the information age is looking for.
