If you have had your head in the sand for the past ten(10) years or part of the "greatest generation" pride-driven American propaganda; 2008 has finally opened your eyes!

Since 2000, PMarq, BS, HR Mgmt, his insight will tell you the truth. In 1992 his employment in the States of Kansas and Missouri needed focus and exposure; and he has paid dearly for choosing this activity and reporting hiring violations. But it has not come to the forefront of Americans daily life until now.

More than 600,000 reporting unemployed in the month of October,2008, plus/minus another 150,000 that are dis-enfranchise or have given-up in finding decent jobs! Its really strange how this has unfolded;
*2008 election year,
*by the most wealthiest, well-off individuals and
*in the industry that was regulated; airlines, brokerages, banking, manufacturing, auto, etc.
The results those that were catagorized as; "genius", "intelligent", "prominent","qualified", "best fit", "elite" were doing unprofessional, unskilled, unscrupulous job transactions without no supervision, no oversight or no judicial watch!
When growing up it was common knowledge that - how you treat your poor and Minorities will determine how "CIVIL" your society is - not any longer, America has chosen criminal than moral, decent, honest, individuals. In other words they were NOT smart people but opportunist, shameless, connieving, corrupt predominately White people surrounded by "yes" men, inspired by religious bigots and protected by unlawful judicial agents of evil. These unscrupulous "louses" were being paid millions of dollars to destroy a very well developed industry, country or company. Not withstanding vilating basic hiring Laws! Even after putting in jail those corporate felons of ENRON, Tyco, Texaco, etc. they continued their practices even with Sarbanes Oxley - thumbing their nose at American Law.

[2008 UPDATE:] SHOCKING American COMPANIES THAT ARE REGULATED BY FEDERAL ENTITIES WOULD IGNORE THE VAST CRIMINAL ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR IMPOSED ON MINORITIES WITHOUT ANY LABOR DEPT CONCERNS OR JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THESE FELONIOUS COMPANIES. HOW CAN A COMPANY OFFER A ETHICAL PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WHILE TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH VIOLATIONS AFTER VIOLATIONS?"We define ethical customer service as: The use of professional skills to give clients what they want and need for their highest good. Ethical communication facilitates ethical customer service." America cannot and global concerns in American trustworthiness is expanding...

So what does this do to the Hiring Practices in America?! Hopefully HR Monitor Account will get its deserving recognition, and the new Labor Secretary will wise-up, in policing itself and terminating those causing the corruption or allowing the "friend&family" preferences, or cutting-corners by hiring illegals to hold hostage those legal US citizens.
I continue to use the "latino example", where thousands of educated latinos that have Degrees but have been smothered by millions of competing un-educated latinos for wages brought down to $7/hr by these illegals, and no Whites did anything but say "too bad"; we'll choose the illegals!. Another example; Temporary Agencies industry can be put on notice for their continued gouging of legitimate Degreed applicants for lower wages while the Agency gets ALL the profits!
Its clear that the hiring departments of Lehman, AIG, Goldman, etc. ALL conducted bad hiring practices, and all of them hired illegals from abroad and when legal applicants applied they were told, "we have chosen a better candidate that matches our qualifications", it was apparent their qualifications was; whites/illegals/women, "yes" men and temp agencies that will do criminal workmansship thru their employees. Its surprising how a canoli, taco or vacation can get you a WallStreet job today.

Absent; Secretary Chioa, Department of Labor, EEO Commission, Veterans Affairs, ALL agencies that report American Labor Acts violations as; Wage, Age, Disability,etc. America has NOT heard why these companies were never investigated after thousands of complaints. We now know these Government employees were conducting illegal criminal behavior by fostering the kids first job internships or flat-out illegal hiring trends! Likewise, its said that even if Minorities complained, they were refused "whistle-blower" status and even returned correspondence that they had no reason to investigate these Corporations.
