Episode one:

There is a thief in town. She calls herself "Kaitou Jeanne," and she has a calling card! Well, actually, she's Kusakabe Maron, and she's got a job: "checkmate" all demons who have taken over the hearts of people! However, her best friend, Toudaiji Miyako's father is the police chief, and because of that she is intent on catching Jeanne, not knowing she is really Maron. In this episode, a demon has taken over the famous artist Yamakawa and his painting the "Green Light." However, Miyako has a new plot to capture Jeanne...can Maron save Yamakawa in time?

Episode two:

Maron and Miyako have a new classmate! His name is Nagoya Chiaki, and he's a complete pervert! Miyako is "head-over-heels" for him, but Maron, the one he is "attracted" to, hates his guts. On top of that, a girl named Hiromi has a father that is controlled by the demon, and therefore acts very abusive to her! Maron can't bare to have a family split up, but can she do anything with Miyako after her?

Episode three:

A demon has taken over Maron's teacher, Pakklamao-sensei, who believes in having a heart like a flower. Maron tries to checkmate the demon, but her cunning teacher has the whole school against her! Can she do it? Also, there's a new Kaitou! Who is he? Whose side is he on?

Episode four:

The class president, Minazuki Yamato, is always getting picked on because of his grandfather. They say that he is doing bad things, and that Yamato must be doing them, too. Maron and Miyako defends him, but Yamato admits that his grandfather has been acting strange lately...he used to be so kind, but now he has changed. Maron soon finds out that it is the work of the demon. But Yamato's grandfather has so much power, can Maron possibly save him? Especially with Miyako on her tail? And that Kaitou Sinbad is back, but he doesn't seem like he wants to play!

Episode five:

Maron hates Chiaki! He toys around with her feelings! Also, there's a diamond that everyone wants to see. Miyako's father has the job of protecting it. But then it gets taken over by a demon. If Maron steals it, everyone will be upset, & Miyako's father will be in trouble. She knows that she can do it, but does she want to?

Maron saved an old lady from a bunch of old men. But there's something wierd about this old lady...Maron watches her, until the lady finds out that Maron lives alone. She then leaves. Maron finds her and soon finds out that the lady wants to steal an item that was once hers. Maron, although surprised, soon agrees, as long as the lady gives it back. But then she finds out the item is possessed by a demon. What will she do?
