| Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne is about a girl called Kusakabe Maron who just happens to be the reincarnation of the saint Joan of Arc. She is given the power to turn into "Kamikaze Jeanne" to "checkmate" demons who have taken over people with pure hearts. However, when she does this, it looks like she is stealing the item. Because of this, she is given the name "Kaitou Jeanne". It isn't all easy, though, even with God's barrier surrounding her. Her bestfriend, daughter of a police chief, is intent on catching her. And there is another Kaitou who can also checkmate demons who wants Jeanne to stop being a Kaitou. Her sub-angel insists that the Kaitou and his angel are working for the devil, but, even so, Jeanne can't help but feel herself slowly falling for him... |
