Martha Ann Hardin, 54, Lebanon, died at 7:11am June 4, 2001, at Norton Spring View Hospital, Lebanon. Born July 7, 1946, in Marion County, Hardin was an employee of the Marion County Board of Education. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Willie Howard and Bessie Holly Orberson; four brothers, Joe, Clifton, James and Edward Orberson; and a half-brother, Junior Orberson. Survivors include: her husband, Bobby Hardin Sr. of Lebanon; a daughter, Tillie Hunt of Campbellsville; two sons, Bobby Hardin Jr. of Lebanon and James Howard Hardin of Richmond; her step-mother, Magalene Orberson; three brothers, Elbert and Alvin Orberson, both of Riley, and Marion Orberson of Indiana; two half-brothers, Joe Orberson of Riley and Jerry Lee Orberson of Mannsville; two sisters, Sadie Followell of Lebanon and Lillie Mae Followell of Perryville; four half-sisters, Virginia Henderson of Gravel Switch, Silva Ann Willard of Indiana, Betty Sue Mattingly of Gravel Switch and Carolyn Jean Daniels of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Derek, William Matthew, Michael Paul and Tiffany Gale Hardin; and two step-grandchildren, George and Andrea Hunt. Funeral services were held June 6 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Haysville Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Lanham officiated. Active pallbearers were George Hunt, Orville Garrett, Roger and Kenny Followell, David Hourigan, Earl Orberson and James and Bobby Hardin Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Lillie Tucker, Gladys Moulder, Betty Spalding, Phoeba Orberson and Lillie and Sadie Followell. Bosley Funeral was in charge of the arrangements.
