'Consort of Caleb B. Overstreet'
I dug the date of death out of the ground.
I believe this to be Grace Hourigan, the daughter of David Hourigan and Ann Lawrence. She was listed as age 17 and living with her father in the 1850 Census of Marion County, KY. Up until this point I had not been able to locate any later information on her.
Caleb B. Overstreet married Mary A. Survant in 1857 in Boyle County, Kentucky. They are buried at the Old Union Cemetery near Doctor's Fork in Boyle County, Kentucky. Caleb was born on December 14, 1823 and died on March 5, 1885. Mary A., his wife was born on April 15, 1834 and died on January 23, 1892.
She must have died shortly after her marriage. There are no known children from this marriage.
As far as I can tell, the Hourigan Cemetery does not date back as far as 1853. Who had her moved here and from what cemetery was she moved? Was she moved at the same time that Rufus Hourigan, her brother was moved from the earlier Hourigan Cemetery? Please email me if you can answer this one.
