Born in New York of Italian Descent T.T. has been cooking and creating in the kitchen for more then 90 years.

She's "fluent" in meatballs to minestrone and, of course, the sauce.

Her culinary repetoire includes southern as well as northern italian specialties and also typical American fair.

The original vegetarian T.T. has never eaten red meat and only drinks wine and beer.

A great-grandmother of 5 and a grandmother to many well-fed grandchildren T.T. can be seen searching the supermarkets and street vendors of her native New York looking for the finest in fruits and vegetables with which to produce her gastronomic delights.
