 The most important thing in my life is my relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. I accepted Him as my personal Lord and Savior in 1974, and have never regretted giving my life to Him. If you wonder what life is all about, or want to know how to find true happiness in spite of ANY circumstances, know that the Bible says "...for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him."  French Another strong interest I have is keeping up on my French language studies, both spoken and written. I hope to travel to France some day, but truthfully, there are so many strikes, that I'm afraid I'll get caught with no train service, no hotel, and no flight back! I have taken classes on and off over the years, but also enjoy watching the French evening news on France2 daily through a community cable TV channel. C'est fantastique!  Camping I have enjoyed camping since I was a small child. My parents were avid campers in the early 1950's and took all of us along. Our best and longest trip was all over the west...South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. Today, I travel in a Ford conversion van. The back seat folds out into a queen size bed. Some day I hope to purchase a travel trailer with air conditioning! But I love my van. |
