Friends
One of my best friends, Lois, is also a
Christian, and we've known one another for many years. Click on her name to find out more about this wonderful person. Our friendship started at the
stay-at-home young wife stage when we were busy with raising children, to
mid-life career women, and now to the point where our kids are grown and having
kids of their own. We've supported one another through difficult emotional
events, even though we have not lived near each other since the mid-seventies.
We've also shared many blessings. Lois is a true friend.

Another one of my Christian best friends is Sharon.
We worked together for a short time, but stayed in touch during our job changes.
Eventually we ended up at the same office location again, and it was excellent
having a Christian friend to encourage me through all the nasty things that
happened to me on that job. Eventually, I took a transfer to another department,
which meant we don't see each other every day like we used to. I miss her, but
we stay in touch and have lunch together every now and then. It's a blessing!
Another one of my best friends is Sue, who I met at
church. She and her husband moved a few years ago to Kentucky because he got a
great job offer. I miss her whole bunches, but it's been a blessing to have
known her. Email is great because it enables me to keep in touch with my
friends!
