Stir Fried Shredded Chicken With Kelp
Ingredients:
1 oz kelp
8 oz chicken meat
1 stalk celery
1 clove mashed garlic
Seasoning for chicken:
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp egg white
0.25 tsp cornflour
dash of pepper
Sauce:
1.33 tsp salt
4 tbsp stock
0.5 tsp cornflour
Method:
1.
Skin, wash and shred chicken meat. Mix together with seasoning. Saute in warm oil.
Drian.
2.
Soak, clean and shred kelp. Shred celery.
3.
Saute mashed garlic with 1 tbsp oil. Put in kelp and celery. Stir fry for a while.
Add shredded chicken. Stir in sauce. Mix well and dish up.
