Stir Fried Shredded Chicken With Kelp

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz kelp
  • 8 oz chicken meat
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 clove mashed garlic

    Seasoning for chicken:
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • 0.25 tsp cornflour
  • dash of pepper

    Sauce:
  • 1.33 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp stock
  • 0.5 tsp cornflour
  • Method:
    1. Skin, wash and shred chicken meat. Mix together with seasoning. Saute in warm oil.
    Drian.
    2. Soak, clean and shred kelp. Shred celery.
    3. Saute mashed garlic with 1 tbsp oil. Put in kelp and celery. Stir fry for a while.
    Add shredded chicken. Stir in sauce. Mix well and dish up.
