Stir Fried Pig's Stomach With Green Bean Sprouts

Ingredients:
  • 5 oz spiced pig's stomach
  • 8 oz green bean sprouts
  • 3 oz yellow chives
  • 3 oz carrot

    Seasoning:
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cornflour
  • dash of sesame oil
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Method:
    1. Blanch pig's stomach in boiled water. Thinly shred. Section chives. Slice carrot.
    2. Stir fried bean sprouts with 2 tbsp oil till soft. Dish up and drain.
    3. Saute pig's stomach shreds, carrot and chives with 1 tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts.
    Stir in sauce. Mix well and dish up. Ready to serve.
