Stir Fried Pig's Stomach With Green Bean Sprouts
Ingredients:
5 oz spiced pig's stomach
8 oz green bean sprouts
3 oz yellow chives
3 oz carrot
Seasoning:
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp cornflour
dash of sesame oil
dash of pepper
1 tbsp water
Method:
1.
Blanch pig's stomach in boiled water. Thinly shred. Section chives. Slice carrot.

Stir fried bean sprouts with 2 tbsp oil till soft. Dish up and drain.
3.
Saute pig's stomach shreds, carrot and chives with 1 tbsp oil. Add bean sprouts.
Stir in sauce. Mix well and dish up. Ready to serve.
