Stewed Mushrooms And Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • 1.333 oz mushrooms
  • 5 oz fresh straw mushroom
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 lb mustard tubers
  • 2 slices ginger

    Seasoning for mushrooms:
  • 1 tsp light soy
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 0.5 cup water

    Sauce:
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 0.25 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of sesame oil
  • 0.5 tbsp water
  • Method:
    1. Soak and trim mushrooms. Add seasoning and stir well. Stem over medium heat for
    15 minutes. Set aside liquid for further use. Wash and try straw mushrooms.
    Clean and drain button mushrooms.
    2. Boil 0.5 pot water with ginger, salt and oil. Add vegetables. Cook for about 3 minutes.
    Drain well. Place on dish.
    3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp wine. Add mushrooms, straw mushrooms,
    botton mushrooms, and liquid from. Bring to boil. Put in sauce. Mix well. Then pour
    ingredients onto vegetables. Serve.
