Steamed Milk With Ginger Juice
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ginger juice
1 cup fresh milk
4 egg whites
1.333 cup sugar
Method:
1.
Melt sugar with 0.25 cup water in pan. Let it cool down.

Mix egg whites, milk, ginger juice and syrup sugar togther. Stir well. Remove the bubble.
Pour into a bowl. Place and in bamboo steamer, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
Ready to serve.
