Steamed Milk With Ginger Juice

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1.333 cup sugar
  • Method:
    1. Melt sugar with 0.25 cup water in pan. Let it cool down.
    2. Mix egg whites, milk, ginger juice and syrup sugar togther. Stir well. Remove the bubble.
    Pour into a bowl. Place and in bamboo steamer, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
