Submitting your assigment

For me to be able to quote you, I need to receive a copy of your assigment. There is a couple of preferred ways:
1. Scan and email your HW. The following formats are acceptable: JPEG, GIF, BMP & PNG.
2. Fax it in.

Phone description is not enough. I need to see a written request. This serves the purpose of acting as a contract agreement on what to deliver and by when.

Once I receive the material, I'll review it, determine resources, and the time i'll take me to complete the assigment. If I have questions i'll contact you within 24 hrs. Then i'll be able to get back to you with a quote that includes dollar amount and lead time, usually within 24 hrs of your submission.

If you agree with my quote then I need to receive payment before I can proceed with any work. Please see the payment options for further information.

Make sure all the information relevant and neccessary to complete the assigment is enclosed. This would facilitate my work and usually result in a faster than quoted turnaround time: Reference material, special worksheets or unusual formulas, specific software or format to follow, books and authors used, etc.

To avoid misunderstandings, frustration and delays make sure to highlight specific instructions, like if you want the results to be handwritten, typed, specific program to use, want to see all the work or just the answers, etc. The more specific and clearly spelled out the instructions the faster my response.

I will need your contact info: phone number, best time to reach you, fax if you have one and email address. This is only in case I need to clarify anything.
Make sure you let me know the latest date possible by when you need the work done. I'm usually get done much sooner that.
