Hi, Welcome to my site. My name is Fernando, I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering, an MBA and several other graduate studies.
My working experience is the fields of materials science (designing and assembling semiconductors and thin films for membrane technology), plastics engineering (twist films, packaging, high tech polymers processing), mineral processing and hydrogen technology. I have directed and managed people, designed experiments, run stats on the data and recommended investments in the millions of dollars.
I have taught middle and high school chemistry, physics, math to hundreds through summer shool working as a sub and preparing classes for final and special exams.
I have also tutored numerous people on a diversity of fields: from basic algebra to differential equations, from fluids mechanics to mass transfer and engineering courses. I have also helped people with GED exams, term exams, final projects, simulations and program writing for a number of subjects.
I have some hobbies too: history, art history, art appreciation, sports (soccer, tennis, swimming), writing (if you're interested i'm publishing some works pretty soon).
