Happy Spring!  I am glad to have spring be here finally!!  We have been playing outside almost everyday enjoying the warmer and drier weather.  The girls love to play outside and Heather is always begging to be outside playing with bubbles.  She stands at the sliding door saying "bubble" over and over again.  Hannah told me that Heather only said the word bubble the other day.  It is true it has become an all purpose word for her lately.   We had a very nice Easter.  Hannah went to an egg hunt on Saturday with preschool and got way to much candy in plastic eggs.  She about drove us nuts asking us to open her eggs over and over again and begging for candy.  She hasn't figured it out that she could just sit there and eat it if she wants.  She's turned into a candy saver lately, eating it bit by bit making it last entirely way too long.  Then on Easter the girls woke up to find easter baskets and later we had an egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa's house with Collin.  It was so much fun!  Hannah got a wendy doll and a small pilchard (the cat on bob the builder) too.  Heather got the neatest little remote control train - even Heather has figured it out.  Both have been sharing their toys nicely with each other.  Heather carried wendy around all day on Sunday calling her "dendy" and Hannah has been playing with the train quite a bit.  As far as candy goes I tried to make hollow chocolate bunnies this year but it is much harder than it seems.  I did make chocolate suckers and Hannah gobbled hers up happily.  She also got some m&m's and a the cutest teeny tiny hollow chocolate bunny (it is about 1.5 inches tall).   Grandma Loomis gave Hannah and Heather some really cute bracelets that Brianne made and Heather got a nice smelling blue ball and Hannah got some fun disney books.   Thanks Grandma!

Hannah has been going to preschool when she can.  It has been hard on her getting used to it I think because it meets only 1 day a week plus she has missed a few classes because of being sick.  Last week she insisted she didn't want to go all the way there and then the teacher held her for awhile.  But when I picked her up she said she liked it and seemed to have fun.  The director is really nice and we have talked about her being shy.  I think it is just a bit overwhelming for her with all the kids plus she really hasn't had a chance to bond with any of her two teachers so she doesn't feel comfortable around them.  She looks relieved to see the director who immediatly comes over to say Hi and welcome her.  Only then will she usually say goodbye.   We plan to keep her there and see how she does.  Hopefully going to two days a week this summer will help and hopefully the class will be smaller too.    Hannah loves to sing and has been making up her own words.  Like with the french song Alluette (sp?) she says "all the wet toes looking out the window"   We laughed so hard.

Heather has been saying more words, walking quite fast, bending and squatting to look at stuff or pick stuff up.  Bubble is still a favorite word.  She LOVES to play with bubbles outside - the dishsoap kind.  She also likes the sandbox.   It is amazing how fast she is growing up.  She helps me pour the dog food now and does a good job at it too!  She'll carry baby dolls around like babies and pat their back and give them a bottle too.  Amazing!   She likes to point at me and say "mama or mommy" and then point at herself and I say Heather.  Today I asked her who she was and she said "daddy" but I could tell she was trying to say her name.   She meows all the time, and also likes to do little monkey noises;  "hoo hoo hoo hoo ha ha ha" which are cute.   She just had her 15 month appointment yesterday and she is long and lean with a small head.  31 inches tall, and weighs 20 lbs 10 oz.   She is teething BIG TIME.  I didn't know until the Dr showed me her mouth but she is getting her molars on top and bottom gums are very swollen.  She still has the 4 front teeth and I expected the rest of the non-molar teeth would be next but I guess this is out of order.  I don't know.  Hannah didn't get her first molars until the rest were in.  (except canines which came in almost last, just before the 2 year molars)  She also has her first ear infection and so you can guess that she's been pretty dang cranky lately.   But she is still cute!
Hannah had been getting quite good at photography.  This is one she took.
Mommy and me matching outfits.  I know I am a geek!
Easter egg hunt at the park with Hannah's preschool on Saturday.
Taking it easy after a busy morning.
Another Easter egg hunt at Grandma's house.
Heather loves the Wendy doll just as much as Hannah does.
Look at my cute sandals!  They won't fit next week.
Collin looking very spiffy in his new little man suit!
Egg dying fun!  Even Heather got into the act.  She liked dipping her fingers just as much as the eggs.  Here is Hannah showing off her handiwork!  Great job Hannah!
