School Rules
- The instructor (Black Sash) shall be addressed as "SIFU" in the kwoon at all times.
- Upper classmates shall be respected and addressed properly: Green & Blue=Si Di; Red & Brown=Si Hing
- In the absence of the SIFU, the eldest SI HING will be in charge and will have same authority as SIFU.
- Upon entering and leaving the kwoon the student must bow in front of the kwoon.
- During class, talk is restricted
- Outside the kwoon, no fighting is allowed without proper justification
- You will not be allowed to teach your techniques inside or outside the kwoon without permission
- Kwoon crest shall only be worn by the student of the kwoon and on approved garments
- If the student has reason for leaving during class, a bow to the instructor is all that is required
- Late arrivals shall bow in, and begin workout immediately
- Respect the law, the environment, the animals, etc. But foremost respect others and yourself
- Never criticize or judge another student
- Talk less, practice more, respect other Martial Arts for we are all one family
- You are not allowed to demonstrate your Kung Fu (Talent shows, tournaments etc.) without the SIFU'S permission
General Rules
- Be Clean upon entering the class and make sure your nails are cut to avoid any injury.
- Watches, rings, necklace or any other jewelry should be removed before class.
- Go to the bathroom before class but not during the class.
- No candy or gum during class.
- No drugs shall be taken at all.
- No sparring will be allowed during class without Sifu's authorization.
- After class put away mattress and equipment and bring whats yours only.
- You shall have a serious attitude at all times
- No foul language will be used.
- All payments shall be put in an envelop with you name written on it and given to your instructor before class.
- After one month of practice, a proper uniform shall be worn during class.
- The Sifu reserves the right to dismiss a student for a probationary time or indefinitely if he/she feels the need to do so.
